Advanced tournament bookings require minimum of 16 players or more
Sand Canyon Country Club’s professional staff is thoroughly trained and experienced in providing standard setting tournament operations. As part of our group services we will prepare the following items for your golf outing on the day of your event:
- Customized Cart Signs
- Customized Score Cards
- Customized Welcome Letter & Rule Sheet
In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a complete list of names of all the participants in your event 72 hours in advance. This will provide our professional staff with the opportunity to have everything ready at the time you arrive for your event.
A member if the Professional Staff will be available to provide you with a walk through of the facility and to answer any questions you might have for your event.
Group Terms and Conditions
Sand Canyon Country Club requires a 10% deposit with signed Agreement. The group is 100% responsible for any cancellations within 7 days of play unless space can be resold. The remaining balance would be made 7 days prior to event.
All players must comply with the club’s dress code that states a shirt with a collar must be worn; shorts must be at least mid-thigh in length and cannot be denim. Sand Canyon Country Club suggests that all participants arrive at the course at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to check in and use the practice facility. The group will be responsible for all lost or damaged equipment caused by the group participants.
